1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sustainnovation Hub Cluster website, you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Permitted Use

The website is provided for information about the Cluster, its members, projects and European funding opportunities.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
Automated data collection (scraping) of content without prior written permission is prohibited.

3. User Accounts

Where account-based features are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Registered users acting as administrators must comply with the Cluster's governance rules.

4. User-Submitted Content

Information submitted through membership applications, contact forms and member profiles must be accurate and lawful.
You grant the Cluster a non-exclusive licence to use submitted content for the purposes of cluster management, consortium building and ecosystem communications.
The Cluster reserves the right to remove or refuse content that is inaccurate, misleading or unlawful.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content is protected by intellectual property rights. Trademarks, logos and project names referenced belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

6. Disclaimer

Information about European funding calls, projects and opportunities is provided for general guidance and may change.
The Cluster does not guarantee participation in any project or the award of any funding.
Status labels (e.g. 'Under Preparation', 'Proposal Submitted', 'Funded Project') reflect the Cluster's internal records and do not constitute official status from funding bodies.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the last revision is shown at the top of this page.
